Investment Property

When the property is bought with the intention of acquiring return it is called the investment property. Investment properties could be of any sort as vacant land, apartment buildings, and duplex or single family homes and any type of commercial property. The owner himself does not occupy investment property. Mostly people opt for land as this investment would reduce taxes and it could be leased to get income, or sold when the land value appreciates. People also invest in the duplex and occupy one part while the other one is rented out. It would help in paying off the loans on property.
